Another One of My Positive Tots

After a while you learn
Love is T.I.M.E
That kisses aren’t contracts
And company doesn’t always mean security.

And you begin to learn
That presents aren’t promises
And you begin to accept your defeats
With your head up and your eyes ahead
With the grace of a woman
Not the grief of a child

And you learn
To build all your roads on today
Because tomorrow’s ground is Too uncertain for plans
And futures have a way Of falling down in mid flight

After a while you learn
That even sunshine burns if you get too much
So you plant your own garden
And decorate your own soul
Instead of waiting
For someone to bring you flowers

And you learn
That you really can endure
That you are really strong
And you really do have worth
And you learn and you learn
With every step and every breath you learn.

TIME

Is there a right time for everything that we do.

We are all placed here at a specific date. A specific time. A specific reason.
Are all the things in our life planned according to time?

Time. We all have 24 hours in a day and that's all we have. Not more not less. What you missed out on yesterday will always be in the past....it will not come back. The most you will have are memories.

Have you at any point in your life regretted not doing the things you wanted to do just because you tot is not the right time. TIME waits for no man....
I have and at many many occasions...and at that moment I would say lets wait and see. I want to be sure before making any hasty actions. I want to be on top of the "GAME". I have my dignity and my pride.
Screw all those and all I am left are regrets and what ifs....
Life is just too short to think about the what ifs. When the hours and minutes passes u by that's it you can't get it back!!!!

Life life to the fullest....be more brave. Lets not just post up notes or just talk with your buddies about what and when to do.

Walk the talk and talk the walk people!!

CONTENTMENT

"got this piece of passage from a dear fren....and wanna share wif all of u"

Have you ever, at any one time, had the feeling that life is bad, real bad, and you wish you were in another situation?

You find life make things difficult for you, work sucks, life sucks, everything seems to go wrong.
Read the following story... it may change your views about life: After a conversation with one of my friends, he told me despite taking 2 jobs, he brings back barely above 1K per month, he is happy as he is. I wonder how he can be as happy as he is considering he has to skimp his life with the low pay to support a pair of old parents, in-laws, a wife, 2 daughters and the many bills of a household.

He explained that it was through one incident that he saw in India that happened a few years ago when he was really feeling low and touring India after a major setback.
He said that right in front of his very eyes he saw an Indian mother chop off her child's right hand with a chopper. The helplessness in the mother's eyes, the scream of pain from the innocent 4-year-old child haunted him until today.

You may ask why did the mother do so; had the child been naughty, had the child's hand been infected?? No, it was done for two simple words - TO BEG!

The desperate mother deliberately caused the child to be handicapped so that the child could go out to the streets to beg. Taken aback by the scene, he dropped a piece of bread he was eating half-way. And almost instantly, a flock 5 or 6 children swamped towards this small piece of bread which was covered with sand, robbing bits from one another.

The natural reaction of hunger. Stricken by the happenings, he instructed his guide to drive him to the nearest bakery. He arrived at two bakeries and bought every single loaf of bread he found in the bakeries. The owner was dumbfounded but willingly sold everything. He spent less than $100 to obtain about 400 loaves of bread (this is less than $0.25 per loaf) and spent another $100 to get daily necessities.

Off he went in the truck full of bread into the streets. As he distributed the bread and necessities to the children (mostly handicapped) and a few adults, he received cheers and bows from these unfortunates. For the first time in his life he wondered how people can give up their dignity for a loaf of bread which cost less than $0.25.

He began to tell himself how fortunate he is. How fortunate he is to be able to have a complete body, have a job have a family, have the chance to complain what food is nice and what isn't nice, have the chance to be clothed, have the many things that these people in front of him are deprived of.

Now I begin to think and feel it, too! Was my life really that bad? Perhaps... no, I should not feel bad at all. What about you? Maybe the next time you think you are, think about the child who lost one hand to beg on the streets.

"Contentment is not the fulfillment of what you want, it is the realization of how much you already have." When the door of happiness closes, another opens, but often times we look so long at the closed door that we don't see the one which has been opened for us.

It's true that we don't know what we've got until we lose it, but it's also true that we don't know what we've been missing until it arrives. The happiest of people don't necessarily have the best of everything; they just make the most of everything that comes along their way.

The brightest future will always be based on a forgotten past, you can't go on well in life until you let go of your past failures and heartaches.

If it is to Be...It is Up to ME

All the strength and force of man comes from his faith in things unseen.
He who believes is strong
He who doubts is weak.
Strong convictions precede great actions

SO.....

Make no mistake: champions are driven to succeed.
Many believe that only some people are born with this innate aptitude of ambition.
Studies show this isn't true.
Champions are driven to win, in most cases, because they believe they can.

I am Psychic

Have you ever asked yourself why it is so difficult to stop thinking about someone? We are all psychic in one way or another. When you connect to another man/woman in a deep way, you are connecting with your souls. Most people don't realize how psychic they really are. Everyone is clairsentient whether they know it or not. Being clairsentient means that you have the psychic ability to feel another person's energy and feelings.

Now, when you think about someone in a normal way, there is nothing unusual there. Then all of a sudden you feel overwhelmed like you are in a fog and you can't stop thinking about them. Stop for a second and focus on where you are feeling the energy. It is usually in the heart and chest area. You've had that funny feeling before. Remember. You just thought it was YOU. What is going on is that you are feeling THEIR THOUGHTS. WHAT YOU ARE FEELING IS WHAT THEY ARE THINKING AND FEELING ABOUT YOU.

During the time you are experiencing this, you may feel feelings from extreme sadness, or guilt to feelings of peace or missing someone. Keep in mind you only started feeling these thoughts when you connected to their energy. So know that you if you are feeling great sadness, it will pass. If you are feeling a great feeling of peace and joy, you know they are thinking wonderful thoughts of you.

If you are feeling someone's energy, It simply means that they are thinking about you.

Notes taken from the internet....for your reading pleasureonly...How true....up to your own judgement...ENJOY!!!!

What Matters

WHAT WILL MATTER IS HOW LONG U WILL BE REMEMBERED, BY WHO AND FOR WHAT
LIVING A LIFE THAT MATTERS DOESN'T HAPPEN BY ACCIDENT
IT'S NOT A MATTER OF CIRCUMSTANCES BUT OF CHOICE
WHILE U MEET SOMETHING BEAUTIFUL, THE FIRST THING U SHOULD DO IS TO SHARE IT WITH UR FRENS ANYWHERE
SO THAT THESE BEAUTIFUL THINGS WOULD BE ABLE TO SPREAD OUT LITERALLY AROUND THE WORLD

Resolution

Our Resolutions should be based on the Daily Rules from God....not from our own because there is only so much we can do. Using emotions to set our resolution is not wrong but....will it be what God had planned for you?

May God bless 2009

Daily Rules from God

1. Wake Up!! Decide to have a good day.
'Today is the day the Lord hath made; let us rejoice and be glad in it.' Psalms 118:24

2. Dress Up!! The best way to dress up is to put on a smile. A smile is an inexpensive way to improve your looks. 'The Lord does not look at the things man looks at. Man looks at outward appearance; but the Lord looks at the heart.' I Samuel 16:7

3. Shut Up!! Say nice things and learn to listen. God gave us two ears and one mouth, so He must have meant for us to do twice as much listening as talking. 'He who guards his lips guards his soul.' Proverbs 13:3

4. Stand Up!!... For what you believe in. Stand for something or you will fall for anything.. 'Let us not be weary in doing good; for at the proper time, we will reap a harvest if we do not give up. Therefore, as we have opportunity, let us do good....' Galatians 6:9-10

5. Look Up!!... To the Lord. 'I can do everything through Christ who strengthens me.' Phillippians 4:13

6. Reach Up!!... For something higher. 'Trust in the Lord with all your heart, and lean not unto your own understanding. In all your ways, acknowledge Him, And He will direct your path.' Proverbs 3:5-6

7. Lift Up!!... Your Prayers. 'Do not worry about anything; instead PRAY ABOUT EVERYTHING.' Philippians 4:6

BE HAPPY....No matter what

Being happy doesn't mean that everything is perfect. It means that you've decided to look beyond the imperfections.

I'm not a Fighter but I'll fight for what I LOVE

All that busy busy weeks are all in the bag now.

No 1
BodyCombat training over, new babies are born. some of them already started to shadow. Kudos to all and keep the passion alive. Never give up when the going gets tough or when the road is bumpy..."I'm not a fighter, but I'll fight for what i love"

So fight for what you love and love what you fight for...with no regrets because what does not kill you makes you a strong person.

No 2
BodyVive training over, I now have an addition program in my sleeves to battle apart from my BodyCombat and RPM.

All these were so back dated...gosh what have i been doing lately...so no time to think also. 2 more weeks and then it's the new release launch. I cant wait for that to happen but ironically nervous at the same time. Yes if U are trying to gather why i am nervous, it's because I'm only human, i cant say for other instructors but me, i work extremely well with those nerves on stage...put me on the edge and I'll focus all my energy in delivering a good class thus . If all goes well this will be my second time doing BC launches. Wo...Hoo...

This time theme is SuperHeros...last one standing!!! Love the tag line!!!

So much for gym, always perform and do 100% on stage and more...Yes never go wrong.
I think it applies to whateva you are doing also. With that statement it got me thinking, have i given my 100% in whateva i do? Have u? ...and what impact had you made to others in your life?

I had a casual talk with a fren couple of weeks back, and we were in this topic of, what have you and haven't you achieve in your life so far, moreover we both just celebrated our birthday. So it hit us quite impact full and got me back down memory lane.

.......dun quite rmmb about my childhood days
.......dun rmmb about my school days either
.......as teenager i was very quiet...very very, so i guess didn't make any impact then. Go to school diligently, participated in school curriculum diligently. Not to say i wasn't active, i was but i was just not that "Popular Gal" in school lor...just that plain Jane.

......then my people skills became better as I grew up in my early adult hood. In college I was a different gal altogether...i was more fun to be with yet i was still diligently studying. Did i made an impact to others, i may not know but i would say that was my turning point in life from a mediocre plain Jane to a more confident me.

Our lifes are not just one straight road. At times we would be up at that hill top enjoying the most beautiful view and at times we just want to dig a hole and hide. And the turning point in life happens more then once and it happen only if you make it happen. So ya...fight for what you LOVE. for if you do, 80% of the battle is already won.

I think I'm at this turning point again.... and i will fight!!!

Body Combat Training

Bringing back fond memories.

Yesterday i was at Body Combat Master Class 9.00am at Taipan True Fitness. Looking at the "now' trainees, brings back fond memories of me as a trainee in May 2007.
Some were excited, some were feeling a bit sick/nervous, some were too eager to start, some were COOL about it. Well what can i say, mix feeling in the room.
I on the other hand, was busy taking pictures...will upload them on my next blog. This one below was me in my BC training May 2007 in SPK Fitness First
from left seated 1st row...Kenny, Me, Jo, Ben Tang. Abby, Charleen
fom left seated 2nd row...Weng, Adrian, Sam, Anthon, Grace
...de guy behind (opps...i forgot ur name bro...)

It was an awesome class. Ben Tang (seated fourth row from left) still looking as stunning as we first knew him. Within the 1 hour master class i can say...I learnt a lot from him.
Learning is a life long process. Dun stop learning because U have already achieved it. That is such a wrong attitude. Never stop learning....never stop asking....never stop dreaming....because dreams do come true. It did for me!!!
Also to share, I read this in an advertisement couple of days ago...and i believe it will stay with me from then on...With a little modification, it becomes my inspiration to move forward in life, everyday. Enjoy!!
"Wake up every morning and tell yourself that you are faster and strong than yesterday and you will be"

Raine Thoughts

To think i need to write.

Many many thoughts running through my mind right now. Nothing coming clear...everything seems blurry. We all have our share of worries and our share of doubts. This is my my time.

Time to ponder-time to wonder-time to get away from everything else and think...and think hard!!! "Lorraine concentrate!!" Oh well...i am out of this world today. Something just dun seems rite from my point of view. It just isn't all bed of roses. Life is complicated...no no re phase...Humans are complicated souls

We think to much...so much so we dun act spontaneously. We like to wait and c firsf la!! That includes me. I'm trying to change, i need someone to tell me dat it's ok to fail. It's ok to take the challenge in your own hands and take the 1st step. After all if we never try we never know. Hor?

"If it doesn't break you i'll only make you stronger"
I use this phase ever so often in my RPM class to push my participants to motivate my participants to finish the race. So...in reality, life IS a race too...why cant i practice what i preach!!
Why why why...why so many whys???

Whateva is in my mind now, no 1 knows unless i spell them out for you. Same goes to everyone. Nobody knows what you are thinking or what you want to do unless you tell.
So...to wait or to tell huh? Of course to tell la...So what are you waiting for...

Waiting for Jet Li to resurrect??? LOL...i would love dat!!
I now feel better!! That's what blogs are for...;)

Make TIME

Probably no other complaint is voiced more often than not having enough time.“I don’t have time to pursue my dreams or to even know what my dreams are. I don’t have time for me, for my family and friends. Basically, I don’t have time to live my life.” Passion is the ultimate time management tool for two reasons.

First, when you are doing what you love, who cares about time? When you are with someone special, or listening to a great piece of music, or painting or volunteering, doesn’t time just fly by?

Second, when you are doing what you love it often gets done faster. The way we spend our time is the way we spend our lives. Can you slow down enough to get “in synch” with life, nature, and most importantly, yourself? Tune in to your rhythm and natural pulse. Take off your watch and give yourself a day off. Eat when you’re hungry and sleep when you’re tired so you can discover who you are, what you need and what works best for you. Make a date with yourself, every day if possible. Even if for only a half hour, carving out time for you is a great act of generosity.

Your work can usually wait a half hour, but your soul can’t. Whether we like it or not, the clock keeps ticking so live fully, every single second of every single day. Learn the true joy of doing less and having more as you experience each day as priceless.

Fill your life with as many precious moments and experiences of joy and passion as you humanly can. When you “catch yourself in the act” of doing something that doesn’t serve you, you can choose to change it. And, when it’s a repeating pattern, you can literally change your life.

SO PEOPLE GET A LIFE>>A REAL LIFE>>>LIFE FULL OF MEANING>>>DUN JZ CHASE FOR THE MATERIALISTIC WORLD>>>THERE IS MORE TO LIFE DAT MONEY CANT BUY >>>TIME

Why Things Happen The Way They Happen

Strange or Weird...
I still cant comprehend what just happened to me this week.

On Monday 7 April 2008, 15 mins before leaving from work to RPM class, i fumbled to find my car keys which was at all times either in my bag or on my office desk. But alas it was no where to be seen. I looked above.. I looked under.. I looked above and beyond..?I looked every corners in my room and the whole entire office but NO KEYS!!! Time was running out I had to call for RPM replacement. Thank God Annie manage to find a replacement. Last minute is normally difficult and a big big NO NO to ask for replacement classes. But...emergency cases like mine i couldn't help it..i couldn't access my car. Gosh!!

After searching and still not found..it struck me that someone has taken my keys..
I'm not thinking anymore..cant!! Too stress..I ran down to my car and...
Thank God it's still there.
1st things first, informed the guard on duty to keep an eye for my car if they spot anyone driving
out my car to stop them from passing. 2nd, called for help (spare keys from home) 3rdly waited by my car while waiting for my spare keys. (I had my Ipod in da car!!Darn!!) Then had to call for yet another replacement class. Thanks Emma for covering for my BC class. Ok back to the car... I waited like endlessly for my spare key, from 7pm until 9pm..torture. Lucky for me got Bread to eat.(Gardenia Bread ya..)
Spare keys came but low battery...so had to manual open the door, alarm went off obviously...DUH

Next day...Tuesday 8 April 2008
After the previous nightmare, next morning I was determine to find my keys. Again no where to be seen. Nothing i can do right??? OK..next course of action go fix another alarm and change the whole car's locking system. That was what i did the next half of the day... and it's not cheap!!!
Something that was so not called for!!! I forgive who so ever took my keys!!! Yes i forgive you if you unintentionally come to my blog.
After getting the entire thing changed i felt so relieved, cause before that i had gastric pain which i dun. So must be the stress.

Following day...Wednesday 9 April 2008
I already decided to put this bad experience behind. Now this it where it all starts to get strange and sakit hati.
1st half of the day i had to attend to a customer in KL. So i left office, locked my door, passed the keys to 2 of my colleague so that they can open if they need to use the printer. (The Department printer is in my room..for crying out loud!!)

Came back from KL both of my colleague was out for lunch, but my boss was already in. My room door was not locked, but that was ok coz my Boss was in ma..
Ok..now the KEYS...just like magic. Say "a..bra..ke..da..bra.." my keys were placed nicely on my table!!!
Who?? Who?? Why?? Why??
I dun know what this person's intention is la.. seriously why??
  • u wan to steal a WIRA ...Proton car???
  • u wan my car sport's rim??? Stupid u dun need car keys!!
  • u wan the valuables in my car??? Now how would u know if i had valuables or not??
  • u dun like my guts because the Big boss likes me???
  • u wanna play prank!! common April fool over d!!?
Still dumbfounded bout da whole situation.
God give me the wisdom and the serenity to accept the things i cannot change. Courage to change the things i can and the wisdom to know the difference.

Women

"A Woman"
"Be very careful if you make a woman
cry, because God counts her tears. The woman
came out of a man's rib. Not from his feet to be
walked on. Not from his head to be superior, but
from the side to be equal. Under the arm to be
protected, and next to the heart to be loved."

"It's so..so true the statement."
