twenty twelve is here for 366 days

Small celebration yday to mark the begining of Twenty Twelve with zimmie, eva, desiree, jocelyn, ryann, brian, kenny

Today the 1st of January 2012...
Had 2 classes to burn off the calories yday. RPM and BP. Not bad the turn out :D

For the following 366 days of twenty twelve... i promise myself to

1. Keep God close to the heart
2. Keep my passion alive
3. Keep inspiring people to a healthier lifestyle
4. Smile and love more
5. take up kickboxing at TNT Sri Hartamas

In this 366 days i will also pray that God will grant me my hearts desire.

It's just strange...
I feel a little strange when i dun get your text msg.
when r u goin to come out from your black box?

..in only days you told me so much about u
feels like i know you
but den again.. m i allowed to feel this way.

this is not the right thing to do or feel..
worst is...you have a lot of baggage wif you that you r still half heartedly holding on..

If we do this alone.. we may make the wrong move...
commit them to God...and let Him direct you the right way

well we must all admit, I do admit dat only He is perfect, only He I could turn to for help, only He I place my trust, and if all you have got is Him you have got more then enuf.

I once thought all these things were so very important, but now I consider them worthless because of what Christ has done.
Yes, everything else is worthless when compared with the priceless gain of knowing Christ Jesus my Lord. I have discarded everything else, counting it all as garbage, so that I may have Christ

Brothers, I do not consider myself yet to have taken hold of it. But one thing I do: Forgetting what is behind and straining toward what is ahead,
I press on toward the goal to win the prize for which God has called me heavenward in Christ Jesus.

Resolution

Our Resolutions should be based on the Daily Rules from God....not from our own because there is only so much we can do. Using emotions to set our resolution is not wrong but....will it be what God had planned for you?

Daily Rules from God

1. Wake Up!! Decide to have a good day.

'Today is the day the Lord hath made; let us rejoice and be glad in it.' Psalms 118:24

2. Dress Up!! The best way to dress up is to put on a smile. A smile is an inexpensive way to improve your looks. 'The Lord does not look at the things man looks at. Man looks at outward appearance; but the Lord looks at the heart.' I Samuel 16:7

3. Shut Up!! Say nice things and learn to listen. God gave us two ears and one mouth, so He must have meant for us to do twice as much listening as talking. 'He who guards his lips guards his soul.' Proverbs 13:3

4. Stand Up!!... For what you believe in. Stand for something or you will fall for anything.. 'Let us not be weary in doing good; for at the proper time, we will reap a harvest if we do not give up. Therefore, as we have opportunity, let us do good....' Galatians 6:9-10

5. Look Up!!... To the Lord. 'I can do everything through Christ who strengthens me.' Phillippians 4:13

6. Reach Up!!... For something higher. 'Trust in the Lord with all your heart, and lean not unto your own understanding. In all your ways, acknowledge Him, And He will direct your path.' Proverbs 3:5-6

7. Lift Up!!... Your Prayers. 'Do not worry about anything; instead PRAY ABOUT EVERYTHING.' Philippians 4:6
