Well it was indeed an unexpected time. A time when i was going through some emotional ups and emotional downs.

From today onwards...i will just keep my fingers and hands away from my iphone. (Dear Lord please give me the strength and courage to withstand temptation)
I will sit and wait for 15 Jan 2012 to come. I wan to find out for myself how far or how much my heart really misses this person.

Nothing Box

Is very frustrating when the guy goes to his nothing box!!
coz it means he just doesnt wan to be disturbed. Its a stage where he pulls away from you for God knows how long.... and then come back like nothing did happened. (the ruberband stage)

Girls normally cant stand this stage!! i know for sure coz alas i always fall victim to it.

Had 2 classes to burn off the calories yday. RPM and BP. Not bad the turn out :D

The Proposal (the movie)

A good watch....entertaining from the beginning to the end. Sandra Bullock was gorgeous...very classy sophisticated. A women u may not dare to date. Someone who's got career. Someone who's confident in all ways. A women, men gets intimidated with, because of her character and poise. All this because she grew up alone, having to depend no one but herself. Parents and closed ones died when she was 16 years old (sob sob)

But behind those protective shield she held for so long....she's just afraid. Yes she said she was "AFRAID"

...so men dun be fooled by the outlook...show us who's man!!! :)

A Place call HOME

I have been really swamp….

2 months back in May, I was going all out in search for a landed property. This wasn’t something I tot of overnight; it’s something I tot of very often and for a considerably pretty long period of time…NATO for a year.

NATO because, buying a house is not like buying Nike or Addidas….It’s a lot of money involved….commitment and responsibly. It’s the next big thingy after marriage!!!!

The process was hectic…thanks to friends who stood by me and still standing and supporting me. This is for you:

So the process was tedious.
1st I started searching thru the Internet. For those of you who’s also looking for a house, these are the sites you can go to

From these sites, I listed out almost a HUNDRED houses. Made tons of calls. Viewed a hand full of houses. And viola found the house that almost 100% met my criteria. (There is no perfection in this world) Only heaven knows.
Couldn't have done it without u my fren!!! U know who u are….muaks!!!!

All this took almost a month or so….
Then it was the process of signing the offer letter, looking for the best loan offer, the Sales and Purchase Agreement….now the wait for the house keys
Again thank you my dearest fren for all the legal advices and guidance.

While waiting for the house keys which will take approximately 3 month…I’m now shopping for home furnishing. Looking for good cheap nice modern furnishing for my new home. Anyone any suggestions.
I’ve been to quite a number of furniture malls and oso online ….love the one’s in Red Apple in Puchong (only saw their catalog online) anyone any experience to share? Macy oso looks good. So is Lorenzo – 2 + 3 seat top leather sofa for RM2998? What do u guys think,worth buying? Harvey Norman Headboard@RM629.

What a Girl Wants

I had a short chat with a guy fren yesterday and he was hilariously promoting his fren to me.

I used the word hilarious because he non stop talks extreme good about his fren. This is not the first time he has been promoting his fren to me. No not for a job in true fitness....He is promoting his fren to me as a life partner!!!

He quotes:
Look...he has got his own business now, he owns a few cars, he is able to take care of you and most important of all he loves you so much...wat more are you waiting for.
It's better to be loved then to love? As for the feelings...if you dun have them now you can nature it. At least you give it a try. No harm wat?

If there's no feelings no sparks no attraction for the person...no need to try. No need to waste anyone's time. No need to break unnecessary hearts.
Yes i agree, being loved is far more better den to Love, but...Love should be unconditional...love should be mutual. Not lopsided...

And money is not everything!!!
Yes...i agree totally that every girl wants someone who can take care of them both physically and financially but money isn't all. Well at least i say for myself i am not for those material stuffs. But he must and have to take care of the essentials at least.

Love is strange. It's just strange. Someone craze over you but you dun have the feelings for him. Instead you like someone but he doesn't reciprocate. Then there are those you like and he may also like you...but you wouldn't know coz no one wants to take the chance of humilation of being rejected.

Body Combat is addictive!! It is!! I started joining True Fitness June 2006. Got hooked to Body Combat since then. My passion for the program brought me to where i am today. Awesome release of power and energy burst is what keeps me coming back for more. And more...and more. Not to mention those adrenaline you get...WOW.

Wait..wait...wait a minute...there's more to life then jz Body Combat, Body Combat, Body Combat and Body Combat... Frens we need them to entertain our lives. Ai..say "entertain" comes both ways, you "entertain" them, they"entertain" you...life will be full of laughter and cheers. U think? Of course there are those sharing and caring times where you need a shoulder to cry on and a listening ear. If you want a listening ear go to a girl fren. If you want a shoulder, find a guy fren, their shoulders are broader and nicer "wink'"wink"

Met this guy…in Nike Women for Love Event about 1 month back…and fell in love
Yes fell face on in love with the sport he was into…I’m referring to the sport not da man!!
I’m in Love with Rock Climb duh!! ....lol

Where did this all come about? Da love…da passion…
Just like how I LOVE my BC… Da challenge and trills and excitement makes me bagging for more…
Crazy as it sounds…dats me…CRAZY

Other then dat…for me, people and place are the most important aspects of any endeavor. Being outside with an experienced climber who is trusted and respected is, to me, a perfect place to start climbing. I can't say I was this lucky. I was so..so.. lucky to hav meet dis bunch of climbers. They even formed a group called Green Trekkerz.

So what do I need to climb?
When I went for my 1st climb, I know next to zero about rock climb…
Albert (this guy I met in Nike Women event) he said just bring yourself and a bottle of water.. That’s it?
That’s it!! That’s exactly what I did. With self confidence…stamina and endurance of my many many Combat classes and RPM classes I made my self up on to da rocks..

And I’m so into it that I’m searching on da Internet on climb techniques…there’s just so much to learn…but everything said and done, experience comes in as da most important aspect.
Follow your intuition is wat on of da climbers told me. If you feel dat’s a good grip, take it. No one knows better of your body then u yourself.

Platonic love

Can platonic Love exist? Really?
There are times when you just dun know what you should or shouldn do. There are times when you dun know if you should follow the heart or the mind. (EQ or IQ) your emotions or you intelligence.Talking about smart, when love stuck, there’s just no chance for the brain to function in the right manner anymore. Everything becomes so darn emotional.

Can you really have platonic love? I dun think I can. Not in a million years

I’m just da kind of gal who likes challenge. Be it work, leisure, sports or relationship for da matter.At work I love to, at a certain degree take risk. I dun like being in da comfort zone, it just bores me to death. In sports I love the outdoors I just love the trill and excitement I get and the feeling of fulfillment is something money cant buy. So when it comes to relationship I tend to most of the time fall for people who tend to be very independent and self-reliant. This kind of people attracts me because getting to know them and finding out about them poses an intriguing challenge for me. Now here’s da set back, you cant fully know this other person. If you wan to start something serious with him it has gotta be based on your instinct and also the all-important vocabulary in relationship TRUST

Trust. I place my trust on others easily. I tend to have a big heart. I forgive and I forget easily. “Yesterday will always be history, today will be a brand new day” that’s my motto in life. For those of you who knows me, you’ll see that even though you could have made me angry, sad and cry and all to a certain extend but the next week or so I would be talking to you again. Well that’s me. Now it doesn mean that I hav forgotten about the situation, it is just that I chose to forgive. And therefore when in a romantic relationship i tend to commit my whole heart, which makes me feel particularly vulnerable. All’s good and well if your instinct is right. So what happens when you placed your trust in that special someone and all hell breaks loose and you know you just can be with him…at least for now.

1st ly you call it quits. But he isn’t letting you go for some reason you still dun know. Remember we are dealing with a person who’s very independent and self-reliant, someone who’s always or most of the time mysterious. So you dun know why he still wants you when he shouldn’t. Oh..it’s just so complicated, dun even bother to ask for de details. Anyway…somehow…he suddenly feels bad…ok now he just wants to be friends but you still meet, you still are close but…platonic. Can someone tell me that this is possible because I find it very hard. Why hard, because you do sincerely cared for this soul. You still care YES..YES I still care. And deep down you know that this soul is one confuse soul…or maybe I just wan to think of it that way. Maybe I’m the confused party. Hands down!!

Oh well…There’s always a silver tint in every cloud. I shall be happy at all times no matter what. My reasoning…there will be someone out there for everyone.
