It all started with Taman Negara....
I met this bunch of outgoing, fun and dare devils thru a fren/instructor from Fitness First...Kenny (de one in the middle)
....we even manage to find time to have a dip in the resort pool...
After breakfast at de Resort, we headed down to the jeti that takes us across the river to Taman Negara

We like to explore the outdoors and take up challenges.
Our 1st trip...Taman Negara

Day 1 (6 MAR 09)
Arrived at the the Resort around 5pm 
....we even manage to find time to have a dip in the resort pool... Then when the day turned darker...we headed off to the woods...

Introduction to Taman Negara through watching Video Show and posters at the
Interpretive Room. Thereafter, night walk to Tahan Hide to observe wildlife,
continue with insect safari in the jungle.

Fortunate for us...it was pouring cats and dogs..
DAY 2 (7 MAR 09)
After breakfast at de Resort, we headed down to the jeti that takes us across the river to Taman Negara
around 9.30am
Jungle trek to Teresek Hill (344M).
A sense of achievement...YES
On return trekking, we challenged our fear for heights with the canopy
walkway, which was installed above 30-50M from the ground.

......this gua inspired us to take up more gua adventures in de future.....in the planning is gua tempurung in Kampar

After lunch around 2.30 pm we were headed to Gua Telinga (Ear cave) exploration.
There were more climbing before reaching the gua !!!!

Right after the caving was shooting the rapids. It was a 45 minutes sheer thrill as our
boatmates negotiate 6 sets of rapids to Kuala Trengganu, up stream of Sungai Tembeling. We all got drenched!
Day 3- 8 MAR 09

Day 3- 8 MAR 09 Last day......we had a boat ride to Lata Berkoh Cascades and enjoy the natural beauty of our rainforest along the protected Sungai Tahan.
